Global Artist World Tour Event in Korea — Full Tour-IP Customization

PhotoNemo's Color photo booth was installed at an event in Seoul, Korea celebrating a global artist's 2025 world tour. Commissioned through an event agency and operated over two consecutive days, this project shows how an artist's official tour identity can be implemented across the entire booth experience — print frames, kiosk screens, and the booth exterior.

A Print Frame Built from the Tour's Identity

Landscape print frame design featuring the tour's gothic logo

The core of this project was transferring the tour's official graphic identity directly onto the printed output. The frame used a minimal black-and-white design — nothing but the tour's gothic logotype on a black background — with a landscape layout of one main cut and three sub cuts.

With no extra decoration, the artist's graphic language carried the design on its own, giving every printed photo the finish of official tour merchandise.

Screens and Booth Exterior — the Booth as Part of the Tour

Customization did not stop at the prints. The kiosk start screen greeted guests with the tour logo before the first shot, and the booth exterior was wrapped to match the event concept — so the booth read not as rented equipment, but as part of the venue design.

After receiving the official design assets from the agency, PhotoNemo handled every format conversion — frame, screens, and exterior — in-house, with no additional design workload for the client.

Organic Reach Through Guests' Social Media

After the event, guests shared their booth prints on Instagram, and photos carrying the tour logo spread organically. The on-site photo experience became content that extended the tour identity beyond the venue.

FAQ

How far can artist or brand IP customization go?

The official graphic identity can be applied across the entire booth experience — print frames, the kiosk start screen and shooting UI, and the booth exterior. For this event, a single tour logotype carried the frame, screens, and stand consistently.

Do we only need to hand over design assets?

Yes. Once the agency or client delivers the official assets (logo, key visuals), PhotoNemo handles conversion and application for every format — frame, screens, and exterior — with no extra design work on your side.

Can international agencies book events in Korea with you?

Yes. We support English communication, international invoicing, and payment processing for overseas agencies producing events in Korea. Several of our clients are global agencies who brief us remotely and run the event on-site with our team.

Can you operate private events?

Yes. When a client requests photo confidentiality — as in this event — guest photos are never published, and case coverage is limited to the scope agreed with the client.
