A Live Interaction, Not Just a Design File

The live stills show guests gathering around the booth and one person pointing toward the screen. They demonstrate how the event message drew attention and became an action in the lobby.

Both images were extracted from footage recorded by our team, and faces were de-identified for publication. Participant result archives were not used.

One Visual System from Screen to Print

Landscape KOAT event print frame with the silver character and Ready AX-TION message

The landscape frame combined one large image with three portrait images. The event character, date, title, and “Ready, AX-TION” line made the occasion recognizable after the print left the venue.

Physical KOAT AX 909 photo print made by the operating manager during a pre-event test

This is the physical print produced after the operating manager completed a test capture before the event began. It verified how the landscape frame and AI background appeared on paper and confirmed the full capture-to-print flow. This was an approved pre-event operating test, not an image from the participant result archive.

The standby screen introduced the same event identity before capture, creating continuity between discovery and the physical takeaway.

An AI Background Built Around Future Agriculture

The AI background showed glass greenhouses, drones, robots, and data interfaces in a future agricultural city. It connected KOAT’s agricultural technology identity with the event’s AI transformation theme.

Event Branding Across the Booth Exterior

Upper and lower exterior panel designs produced for the KOAT AX 909 event photo booth

The upper-left, upper-right, lower-front, and two lower-side panel designs are grouped into one comparison image. This makes the five-surface branding system easier to understand without repeating similar images throughout the page.

This event used the five exterior surfaces designed at the time. PhotoNemo’s current full-wrap option has since been upgraded to include the rear panel, covering six surfaces, so branding can remain consistent from every viewing direction in an open venue.

A Clear Invitation to Participate
