Guest preferences vary at a large sports day. The same journey had to serve people wanting a dramatic character transformation and those preferring an original photo, while coordinating two booths and one consistent visual system.

Starting with the Physical Print Frame

Landscape and portrait photo strips printed during the pre-event operator test

The four options covered a full ancient-warrior transformation, a Colosseum background, a warrior-outfit transformation, and an unmodified original. Before the event, the operations team printed both landscape and portrait versions to check color, layout, QR placement, and how the AI result worked inside the frame.

Showing the finished physical print first makes the guest outcome easier to understand than showing source artwork alone.

An Ancient-Olympics Theme from the Venue Entrance

An event sign stood outside KBS Arena, while a large lobby backdrop used a gladiator helmet and arena motif. Showing the venue, event signage, and booth design together makes it clear how the experience belonged to the sports-day environment.

One Visual System Across the Screen and Exterior

Stone textures, a gladiator helmet, and arena imagery from the event backdrop were repeated across the standby screen, print frames, and all six exterior panels. Instead of showing flat production sheets, these images present the actual event panels mapped onto PhotoNemo's 3D booth model from both sides.

The result is one event-specific experience from the moment guests see the booth to the moment they collect the print.

Making the AI Journey Visible

AI is easier to understand when guests can see option selection, before-and-after transformation, and the framed print result rather than only a final image. Before the event, the team compared helmet use, costume coverage, and single-person versus group compositions.

Two-Booth Operation with Full Branding

Two branded PhotoNemo booths with event-specific screens installed side by side in the KBS Arena lobby

Two booths were placed side by side in the KBS Arena lobby to distribute the large guest flow. The print frame, screen, exterior, AI selection journey, and on-site operation all supported one goal: letting guests choose the depth of AI transformation.
