Delivery, design and duration conditions
- When rental and option charges before travel fees total 500,000 KRW or less, excluding VAT, we use courier delivery and do not charge engineer travel fees. Above this threshold, a round-trip engineer fee is quoted for the venue.
- Applying a finished photo-frame design supplied by you is free. Design creation by Photonemo and the production and application of exterior wraps are charged separately.
- The 3-hour Color Standard rental applies only to events in Seoul. Other regions use the 1-day rental rate even for shorter events.

Are on-site staff included?
The standard setup is self-service. If you need staff to guide participants, discuss paid support and the hours required separately.
Can we add our logo and campaign design?
We can discuss designs for photo frames, shooting screens and booth exteriors. Scope and preparation timing are confirmed after reviewing the requirements.
