NANO KOREA: 3 Days of AI Photo Booth Prints in Korea
See the KINTEX setup, 2 custom frame designs and physical prints from NANO KOREA 2026 in South Korea, with original photographs kept alongside AI characters.

In this case
An AI photo booth brief needs to answer a practical question: will guests keep their original photographs as well as the transformed result? Keeping both on one print makes the change easy to compare.
For NANO KOREA 2026 Conference at KINTEX in Goyang, South Korea, on July 8–10, we prepared prints combining photographs with AI characters. The conference theme, “As Nano Meets AI,” became something visitors could see in a photograph and take away with the event name.

Event Overview
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Event | NANO KOREA 2026 Conference |
| Location | Exhibition Center I, KINTEX, Goyang, South Korea |
| Dates | July 8–10, 2026 — 3 days |
| Setup | 1 AI photo booth and 2 custom landscape frame designs |
| Focus | Physical prints combining photographs and AI results |

A Custom Print Frame as the Starting Point
The frames carried the conference name, theme, dates and venue. Scientific illustrations and purple-blue colors connected the prints to the event backdrop while leaving generous space for photographs.

The second design placed the event information along the bottom. The same event identity supported different photo arrangements. These frame images show the designs before photographs are composited.

Keep the Original Beside the AI Result
A physical test print shows how the photographs and event information read on paper. It makes the balance between type and photography easier to assess than a frame design alone.

The AI version pairs a large character image with smaller photographs. The original appearance and transformed version can stay together on one sheet. This physical example gives an organizer a concrete reference for deciding the prominence of each image.

Plan the Backdrop and the Approach Together
The booth stood in front of the conference backdrop along the edge of the corridor. Wide views show the booth, red carpet, adjacent information area and passage together.

When planning a similar installation, a wide venue photograph helps explain both the camera background and the approach to the booth. Here, the event identity continued from the backdrop onto the print.

Results Summary
| Planning consideration | Configuration used at this event |
|---|---|
| “As Nano Meets AI” conference theme | Photographs and AI characters presented together |
| A keepsake carrying event information | 2 landscape frames with the name, dates and venue |
| Placement at KINTEX | Booth positioned with the backdrop and corridor in view |
The defining feature was a physical print on which the original and AI appearance could be compared. The brief addressed the final photo arrangement as well as the transformation itself.

How did the print identify the event?
The design included NANO KOREA 2026 Conference, its theme, July 8–10 dates and the KINTEX venue. Physical prints show the type and photographs together at their printed size.
