Explore a 2-day AI photo booth setup in Sejong, South Korea: a main-stage entrance location, a custom portrait frame and physical prints with original and AI images.

In this case
A conference photo experience needs a clear starting point and a tangible outcome. At HACKTHEON Sejong, a booth beside the main-stage entrance led to a portrait print carrying the event name.
This installation served the 2026 HACKTHEON Sejong technology exhibition on July 9–10 at the Government Sejong Convention Center in South Korea. In keeping with its AI and cybersecurity theme, photographs and AI characters appeared together on a printed keepsake.

Event Overview
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Event | 2026 HACKTHEON Sejong technology exhibition |
| Location | Government Sejong Convention Center, South Korea |
| Dates | July 9–10, 2026 — 2 days |
| Setup | 1 AI photo booth and a custom portrait frame |
| Focus | An entrance-side experience with original and AI images on paper |

A Custom Print Frame as the Starting Point
The portrait frame placed the event name and AI/cybersecurity conference wording at the top. Its purple-blue palette connected the print to the entrance signage, making the event recognizable even away from the venue.

The physical output shows how the frame works after photographs are added. A photographed person and an AI character appear on the same sheet, making the transformation easy to compare.

A Result to Take Away from the Screen
The full print shows the relationship between the event heading, photographs and QR area. Photographs remain the focus while the event stays identifiable.

A view of a print at the rear output tray provides something a digital mockup cannot: evidence of the physical sheet and its collection point on the booth.

Review the Entrance and the Surrounding Space
The booth stood beside the main-stage entrance. Event signage, camera and lights appear together in the installation photographs.

For another venue, the doorway, information banners, waiting area and rear output access should be assessed together. A wide photograph of the space is more useful than a close-up of the booth alone when discussing placement.
